2025; A Brightest Sunset

"Time and tide wait for none"—it's a very popular proverb, and it tells us that no matter how powerful we are, we cannot control time and tide. It's exactly the ending phase of 2025, and it also means that one year is going to pass, and it's giving me the feeling like the year passed within a blink. I am sure many of you also feel the same as me. So I think for the last time, I should look back and see what I have actually done in the whole year. I shared about my achievement this year several times, but for the last time I am going to share about it; just after that, I think there is no reason to look back.

My postgraduation was completed this year, and it also means that it's the end of my academic career. I can choose to go for a PhD degree, but right now I don't have any specific plan for it. I will think about it later; at least it's not happening, and that's why, for the temporary time, I can consider it as the end of my academic career. The good thing is I ended my academic career as a topper, and it's something I can feel proud of. It also means that I am free from the shackles of academic institutions, and I was waiting for it for a long time.

My research work this year was very smooth, and I didn't face any serious difficulties related to my research and my research paper. I never expected it to be so smooth. Additionally, my supervisor was very happy, and now I am working on publishing my research paper in research journals. It can also be considered an achievement even if I didn't plan for it at the beginning of this year.

From the financial perspective, it was supposed to be a most expensive year, and it was indeed a most expensive year, but it was not as expensive as I predicted. For some reason, I could save a good amount of money, and it was nearly 30%, which is indeed a huge amount. I am very satisfied with it.

Additionally, I visited many places that weren't in my plan, but it actually happened. Several times, all of a sudden, the plans of exploring new places were made, and I believe it was indeed a good thing.

In the case of the online platform, I think I also performed very well. In the case of chasing HP goals, "I smashed it three times" means I set goals three times and achieved them. My initial goal was 9k HP, then my second goal was 10k HP, and my last goal was 11k HP. In the last, the growth was faster, and I think I added more than 2K HP during the time.

Let's talk about the LEO token. I planned to earn 5.5k LEO till the end of the year, but right now I have more than 8k LEO in my wallet. It was indeed a very good thing. Additionally, the price of Leo increased a lot compared to the time when I earned those. So, it's also profit.

In the case of cryptocurrency, I think it was not a good year for most of the altcoin holders because the prices have gone down. And several extreme market crash altcoins bled badly. I also suffered loss, but I think I gained more than I lost during the market crash. The market crash depleted my portfolio in USD terms, but I took this opportunity to generate some quick profit. And I actually recovered the whole loss of the market crash. And it took only 3 weeks for me. It's not a little thing, and I think I should feel at least proud of it. Although I didn't gain huge profit from crypto, but my loss is very little if I consider everything overall, and it is better than many other cryptocurrency holders. So I think it's one of the biggest achievements of this year.

Let's talk about some failure, even if it's a little one. I used to be a book-addicted person, but this year, for many reasons, I didn't read as many books as I expected. And in case of earning, even if it increased, I am officially not a job holder, and I am an unemployed person now. My failure this year is not so significant in my opinion. So I think I should say it's a happy ending for me.
