That corned beef hash with two eggs over easy and hatch chilies sounded so good, and that OMG bacon too. The free beer sign at Barefoot Campus Outfitter cracked me up — the owner's explanation of the Texas rule makes total sense now. We don't have anything like that where I am either. Do you remember if the store owner had any Tex-Mex spots you'd actually try from his recommendations?

It was one of the best breakfasts I have had in awhile. We actually did try one of this recommendations, but I am going to write about that in a different post.
