I understand your pain, and I know this doesn't change anything, but I suppose most of those teachers have no clue about what tech support is going to ask, so it's easier for them to pass the problem on to someone else, even if it's not your job. And if you tell them it's not your job, comes the question why are you paid for? Shitty situation for sure 😬
Yeah, it's a catch 22 sometimes. I think that's why I have started to realize I just need to embrace the roll versus fighting against it.
