It's kind of relative here in the states, I mean we have so much room, so what seems packed to us is probably not quite so much for others. Even people who live in big cities I guess. No other festivals that I can think of, but you never know!
Best festivals are those that kinda fall-from-the-sky - as we say in my language - the very spontaneous ones.
Packed is indeed relative. Sometimes I find myself feeling like I'm packed in a sardine tin and still do not move outside the crowd, but just sometimes, when I do like the music 🎶 more than mucho 💃🕺
