If ever in Austin, will for sure hit up Snooze. That food looked and sounded great. Especially the bacon! THen we are talking FREE beer!? Would think I've done died and gone to heaven with that type of bacon and free beer :)

Texas is definitely kind of cool like that I guess. I would definitely come back to this area. I have heard there is another breakfast chain called First Watch that has bacon similar to this.
Oh, I think we have a first watch around here somewhere. Will have to give it a look. Now just need to find the free beer :)
