oh, i get that. we are being that way as well. which is probably why we will never find another place. Any new place will have to check all our boxes to make it worth it. That will be a hard order. Thinking it better to get this one to check most of them.

I would probably feel the same way about our current house if it were a ranch, but as we get older there are just too many steps being a bi-level. I think that will be the thing that really pushes us out.
