It makes me curious the work you quit, and you did the right thing to quit any job that is draining you mentally and physically... I would do the same as long as there is a side job that can at least tend to my bills...

I applied for the position of a front desk but was introduced to more things I didn't sign up for. It became draining doing jobs that should have been given to others. But we’re in Nigeria and it seems they enjoy being understaffed and pushing workload to the few who remain.
I can relate... I once taught in a school and I was asked to handle two classes for a short time only for them to make it my permanent job, and just like you, I left when I was mentally and physically drained
