I'd love your feedback as this is completely new to me and I'm doing it with my son as an extramural to ... well... you know :)

If this isn't a good channel it would be great to guide us, please. But we are total beginners so simple and short is best for us.
I found this mix of movements targeting specific areas interesting, and I could immediately see the benefits of what he was doing and the emphasis he had on the stretches.
It's great that he instructs the breathing with the movement, and I will watch it again and try them along with my normal movements.
