Hello… you’ll have to send me a pigeon with more engaging questions… haha… Nutrition really is a major issue. It’s true that cycling helps you shed weight, but it’s important to find a way to maintain it and also gain muscle. Try this:

2 boiled eggs – 100 g milk – 50 g pure cocoa (80 g if 50%) – 1 tbsp vanilla essence – 1 tbsp honey. Blend thoroughly until smooth. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours… and serve.

Yes my daughter is a little crazy like me lol, not to put pressure on another lady but she broke her biggest distance last Sunday - 40km 😜
