RE: Cycling Chit Chat, March 1 2026

Ahhh, I'm so sorry. And, yes, with that condition you can't expose yourself to the sun. 😟

Anyway, I was joking. We often say that here, you know that this island has eternal summer and there's no shortage of sun. In fact, sometimes I get so much sun that I get burnt and my skin look darker, and I joke that I'm going to have to change my papers. πŸ˜‚

Of course I knew you were joking, and it was the first message I read in the morning before work so thanks for the laugh πŸ˜€

I do cycle in the sun, but on really hot days I go out very early, for me this condition isn't that bad because I don't like the heath anyway. In the summer I do get a tan but my white spots don't so I end up being a inversed human dalmatian πŸ˜† I don't care really... it could also have been something that was far worse, this is only cosmetic.

But for real, how would people with vitiligo in sunny countries so this, I've never thought about that πŸ˜…
