Good luck with the maintenance visit. It's not normal that your crank comes loose that easily. They should fix that for you.

It's the off-road vibrations that makes the pinch bolts come loose, I can fix that with locktide myself but I'm not 100% sure the crank is put back perfectly..
Hahaha I can imagine you have a lot of gear after all the years ,and commuting requires multiple sets I suppose
