Wow captain, you indeed have a detailed knowledge of housing and as I also live at a rented room in the city, every point you told here is helpful to me. Byw I also live at at first floor and safe from those probles that you mentioned. Thanks for sharing such a detailed information rich article❤️

Oh that is nice... The first floor is still the best in my opinion and the best way to avoid common problems in houses.
Yes just by staying above the ground floor, you avoid some common problems lime rats, bugs snd cockroaches, unwanted salesman or other kind of troubles. But however, in summer time, you must wish for a one or floors above to block the hit, or if you end up being at the top floor, the heat will be killing you.
