Management means ability to utilize something effectively. For instance, ability to manage something, and get it done. For instance, when trading, ability to make a profit and avoid loss.
Diversification
Diversification is a process of managing risk. There was a time when #bitcoin was going down, I stopped trading at that moment; and transfer some of my assets to $USDT. The reason I did that was that, USDT is a stable coin. Therefore, the bearish season could not affect it. I lost more than 50% of the assets I did not transfered USDT, and when #BTC was 20k, I lost 80%.
Hence, I was making profit on the assets I transferred to USDT, and that was because USDT was appreciating in my country. That was how I was able to cover the loses.

At beginning when splinterlands Governance Token was released, I knew it will be an integral part in splinterlands game.

Stay informed: Information is very critical, some investors knew that BTC will reach 100k, they bought Bitcoin when it was 20k; and right now, they have gotten more profit in return.

Monitoring is very important when investing online. There was time when I started investing online, I did not check what I invested for a year; after a year I realized that I lost 80% of it. I almost lost everything.

In conclusion, setting goals is very important: it gives one clear vision of where is going. At the begining of this year I have my goal in my hand, which made me to pursue it hard.
Managing assets is something everyone should knows.
Risk management is a way of making you asset free from loss, though one may not totally free from loss but not to the point of losing everything. Risk management can make one not to lose everything.
Over diversification is also dangerous! Imagine one diversify his/her assets, and after few days, the project he/she diversified from experience 3X increase.
