I love the DUO token and project and it would be sad if this is how it ends. Like you said it need time and the community to make the most of it. I can understand the frustration when your project doesn't grow as fast as you wish but patience and dedication seems key like always. Make videos or live streams for example. See how Leo is doing AMA and other streams. I didn't see them all but got the announcement and watched a few and this keeps me up to date with most LEO stuff. I could imagine something like this would help DUO too. Meetings with the community! Show the stuff you are working on.

DUO as a project and token isn't ending. Nothing like that is going to happen, the problem is with the onboarding aspect of the project which according to the team requires community collaboration. That's where all of us need to come together and throw in our ideas for the planning. I hope @bitcoinman is able to see beyond the present frustration and rekindle the passion for the mission.
Community collaboration across the whole Hive community. That seems to be the downfall; everyone has their own thing going. Everyone can see the flaws in Hive and where it needs to be improved; however, instead of working together as one, we all seem to try to do our own thing in our own communities.
I attempted to make a 'Hive onboarding' group before, with no loyalties to any project or community. To attract users to Hive in general, but it wasn't well received by most or they are 'too busy' working on their own things, they don't have the time to support other projects bringing users in. It's a catch-22 we find ourselves in, all trying to bring more users whilst doing the same things other communities are doing, without actually collaborating.
Do you have any ideas for bringing new users to Hive? How can communities come together? Maybe I just wasn't the right sloth to 'lead' such a movement. Is there anyone else better positioned to take the reins and make a 'Hive onboarding' movement?
