If you this rich man is complaining that you don't have the funds, what should others now say😀... If you are comfortable there and there are no other factors like ventilation, water leakage, poor network, etc. making it uncomfortable, I think you don't have any other option than to pay and keep staying cos others are doing the same, mine was increased by 20% too... unless you want to move to another city
