There's not much I can eat here at the local Chifa (that's what they call chinese restaurants here). Fun fact: They make decent french fries there, which is rare in Ecuador. What I regularly eat is a tofu-soup with pok choi and fermented soy beans. No idea how it's called, but it's delicious and my daughter loves it, too, so everyone wins.
That sounds good! I agree on the fries in Ecuador, I haven't been there in years now but good fries were hard to find. Lots of good food though! Have things improved security wise recently? I know there have been some gang related issues as of late.

Noboa just got re-elected, we'll see if he can bring some change in this round.
