Hello guys!! I will explain my work activities at the Boss fish farm to all of you today. The day brought sixty kilograms of fish which we would transform into dry fish products known as smoke fish by different people. I began my work at 9:00am and finished at 3:00pm.

PROCESS INVOLVE IN TURN FRESH FISH INTO SMOKED FISH

Let me take you guys through the process of turn fresh fish into smoked fish or dry fish

• You first salt the fishs with salt to kill the fish and the salt help in removing the slime on * * the fish body.
• You biceps the fish to remove the intestines and other internal organs so as to avoid the fish getting spoilt
• Then you wash the fish with clean water almost getting prepared to be smoked
• For today we use the circle shape to smoke the fish because some person prefer to divide it into two equal part
• Then you place the carved fish oven rack and place it into the oven
• Prepare the smoke material by using charcoal to light the fire. The fire should not be heavy to avoid burning of fish.
