Yeah I'm aware of it because of having had a GF get a contraceptive implant which fucked her up a bit, as I understand it most female athletes have to go on it because it fucks with the cycle, but unfortunately a lot of other stuff too, it's these subtle things that show how male dominated the medical profession is, although subtle probably isn't the right word and I'm only using it because that male dominance makes that word seem appropriate!
In reality it's a big fucking deal!

It is. But you know what? The more men who can see it's fucked up and are willing to talk about and learn more about women and what we need and how we're different. My belief, brother, is that your openness is contributing to the solution even if the progress seems slow. !ALIVE
