Ah, yes, Goggins is not the teacher for you. In his defense, his childhood was one that neither of us would have wanted to live through; it was fcking horrific. He is the way he is because he worked out how to pull himself out of hell and he's done really well doing that. He just hasn't figured out how to move to something gentler, kinder and more joyful and that's why he's not the best teacher for most people you and I probably know.

My Monday was pretty good to be fair. A casual 20 miles at the weekend, lead to a gentle recovery run earlier this evening. Had a productive day in the office too and turns out my manager is going to put me forward to study for an accountancy qualification, and hopefully my employer will contribute to cover a significant part of the cost. Its all good :-)

Yay! That all sounds awesome :) Wooo!

My Tuesday so far has been reasonably productive. And as long as I don't spend too much time on Hive it will probably continue to be so. !LOL
