I see you're having busy days, full of new things to do and discover! !LUV the pictures @new.things has taken 😍 They are so beautiful that all I want to do is join you in this adventure! 😁

and is the reason I'm still overdoing it, still struggling to care for myself, still endlessly worrying about things outside my control and still struggling to relax, and therefore sleep

I totally relate to this... I also struggle to relax and rest. It's like there is always something that keeps me in that fight, flight or freeze response 🤔 And a lot of guilty emotion 🤷‍♀ Luckly we are in this world so we can improve and learn more about yourselfs and how to regulate our emotional state 💪 I'm hoping psycotherapy will help me to learn how to regulate better 🙏
