Hive Meetup in Vienna - Launch of HIVE Europe

The #hivemeetupvienna was yesterday at THE HIVE Bar. It was really cool and the bar will be the new HIVE hotspot in Vienna. The bar has free internet, good beer, cool decor, and a flatscreen. It is easily accessible by the U4 Kettenbrückengasse or with the 13A BUS via Haus des Meeres. Future meetups are already planned here by @manncpt. The bar has a nice vibe and is frequented by the Queer community of Vienna. Everyone is super friendly and open for talks and discussions there.

What happened?

I had a really interesting discussion with @digitalmike about Upland, a property trading game on the EOS blockchain. He is interested in starting a community on HIVE for Upland players, which could potentially be a great way to onboard a large community of new users. Just a little thought experiment: implementing HIVE NFTs into Upland could definitely add a level of uniqueness and personalization to the game, as well as increase visibility for HIVE and Dcrops to a large user base. This could potentially lead to more adoption and use of HIVE and Dcrops within the Upland community and beyond. This can be said about all the NFT projects on HIVE. WOO stadiums in Upland? Why not? Burn reward cards of SL in UPLAND to gain Spark or maybe Get a special promo card in Splinterlands if you get to be an uplander, it is all possible.

@manncpt told me that @stayoutoftherz now is a top 100 HIVE witness! That is great news and a big step to decentralize HIVE even more. Congrats and I just realized I did not vote for your witness. That is of course now changed. If you have not voted for the witness of Stayoutofherz you can do it now by clicking on the picture!

It was also the first time I met @cryptopi314, I introduced him to the option of using Leo Finance Threads to promote his blog posts on HIVE. He is relatively new to HIVE but eager to learn and explore. I am happy we can bring new users and help them evolve.

Another first-time talk was with @kseniswelt and I showed her some easy ways to create your token on the HIVE engine. She was amazed by the ready-made solutions on tribaldex. I think more and more companies will be able to deploy on HIVE in the future.
She was talking about "robot trader" and I must say I am a bit skeptical but we will see where this leads. I have to know more about the project and hope to see her soon for a meeting.

@vikisecrets and I had a brief talk about ChatGPT and we both agree it is awesome. The possibilities AI opens up for us as creators and artists are amazing. Just try it! You can talk with ChatGPT on the discord server of @ausbitbank

All in all, it was a nice experience and I am looking forward to the next meetup!
