My Hive Portfolio: Weekly Changes [23.06.2025] | Extra [Health + HIVE) Titbits
Many projects on the Hive platform encourage authors to set both short-term and long-term goals. Various communities appreciate when authors track and publish their goals, as it provides a way to measure individual growth on Hive. Without clear goals, we often struggle to achieve our desired level of progress.
One of the weekly tasks from the @alive.chat account is to set our HIVE goals and track our progress. It's a Monday task! I updated my Hive and Layer-2 goals in this portfolio post to participate in the challenge. Please note that the portfolio discussed is associated with my main account (hafiz34).
I am a new dolphin in the HIVE ecosystem. I don't have a big portfolio, but I share whatever I have here. :) Doing so, I can compare the changes in my portfolio over the last week (16.06.2025 to 23.06.2025)!
HIVE POWER (HP)
No doubt. Hive is the primary token. Previously, I had many distractions. I converted $HIVE to $SWAP.HIVE to invest in Layer-2 tokens. I also may have invested in some projects where $HIVE was used to buy the tokens or packs. As a result, my main HP didn't grow much. I could avoid the distraction lately.

It's farming various layer 2 tokens. It also farms $HIVE tokens. I delegate different layer 2 tokens and get $LOLZ. For staking those $LOLZ, I again get Layer 2 tokens, and occasionally $HBD!

Male Yeast Infection (Fungal infection to the Penis)
A candidal infection is common in ladies. However, males are not immune to it. Like the vaginal candidiasis, the male counter part, the penis, is also an easy target for a yeast called candida. The head of the penis often get infected with this leading to a condition known as candida balanitis.
It is estimated that one out of 25 males gets this yeast infection at least once in a lifetime. Uncircumcised males get it more compared to the circumcised males. The moist and warm place under the foreskin invites candidal infection because they loves this environment. Recurrent foreskin infection may lead to a condition called phimosis, where retraction of the foreskin becomes difficult.

- Pain, swelling, and itching, with or without a rash at the penis. It may also spread to the groin area.
- Painful burning sensation while passing urine
- Thick white cheese-like discharge with a bad smell
- Soreness or blister at the head of the penis
- Painful sex
Yeast infection can happen in any part of the body. But, a candidal infection on the male parts brings discomfort and distress. Moreover, similar features may also be found in more serious sexual infections. Hence, consulting a doctor is the best logical approach.
