RE: 1000 Hive in Dividends

Congratulations on this feat. I'm not really paying much attention to the dividends earned even if I should.

Since you mentioned about not needing anymore Hive tokens, just wanted to share about a pet project managed by my community announcement.

TL:DR you delegate to @hivephilippines, get the usual liquid delegation rewards minus 10% fee, then get an additional monthly bonus hive rewards from the dividends earned by the community account as it reinvests part of the 10% fee collected into HE tokens back to delegators. No HE tokens to buy into and you make an exit just by undelegating.

For comparison, the same amount of HP you're delegating can have a return seen from this wallet as it's close to how much you're delegating, even if there's only 90% return for delegators, you get around almost if not relatively the same value as being given back 100%.
