Hello everyone I welcome you to my blog, it's been a while here, happy weekend to you all, I will be participating in the topic below that @galenkp gave to us.

Professional success or personal happiness? (Assume you can only have one) - Which would you choose and why? Use your own photos

All of us want success but everyone's version of success differs as we are unique in our own different ways. For most people,success means achieving more in life. For some, having a better car is their part of success,some having a bigger house is their success, and some having higher qualifications or a promotion at their work place is part of their success, what and where everyone attach their success to may be different, but if it's all positive, this I believe will still give and bring personal happiness.

Success is a good thing so is happiness too, when you are doing what you love as a career you feel successful and this will make you happy,truly successful individuals first find happiness and passion for their life and career, when you feel fulfilled with what you are doing it will still lead to happiness.Success and happiness goes together, you need money to achieve some things that will give you satisfaction, for example you want to buy clothes, shoes, things that will make you happy, you need money to get these things, having money to get the basic things that will give you happiness comes from being successful.

Achieving some goals, which may include advancement in career, financial stability or recognition in your field which will increase opportunities and also enhance your confidence/self-esteem.

Professional Success can still give personal happiness if you achieve your goals and feel really fulfilled by the work you do. Like I wrote earlier your self esteem is being enhanced when you see the positive impact you are making in your profession.
