If we look at it over the long term, that’s what usually happens: expenses and spending go up, but if it’s balanced by an improvement in our quality of life, it’s entirely justified, because we’re investing in ourselves and our health, which is the most important thing, as in the case of food or the gym you mentioned.
Many people squander money without realising that they might later need it for something essential, and then they regret it. You’ve managed your finances well and invested your money wisely, at least in my opinion. Thank you very much, best regards!🤗
