No exact time frame that I'm aware of. However the official announcement post does mention recent hires to the LeoFinance team that will help speed up all things LeoFinace related.

I forgot to answer your second question. I believe its very likely we see other frontends and tribes implement similar ad share procedures sometime in the near(ish) future.
