Okay, so tipu curate is earned..I didn't know that. I thought it was some kind of bonus given to people with high reputation. Do you mind if I ask how a person can qualify for it?
plus I do believe that everyone with HP, starting with 555 HP is a potential curator.

The qualification happened over two years ago. So people who were selected back now are the curators. So the qualification is no more a thing.
