I wonder what you mean with used to MMPOGs. 🤔 Looks like "autocorrect" changed it in a way that is so difficult for others to understand! 🤔🤯😅

Maybe you mean that every player should be a warrior, mage, and archer (and also have support roles such as healer) at the same time. 🤔😏
