My 154th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: 9,700 HP This Week, and another XV Opportunity Seized - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Sunday, May 11, 2025

Welcome to my 154th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! I had reasonable gains over the past week, and being the asset-leverager that I am, I saw and seized another investment opportunity with the XV token, which I'll discuss shortly. I've been going deeper into a horde of diesel/liquidity pools, increasing my stake in excellent ones, and testing out an array of others, while analizing the pools by multiple metrics, to find the best use for the assets that I presently have, and to see which assets I need to acquire to get into newly discovered high-performing pools.

I crossed the threshold of 9,600 HP last Monday, and I should reach 9,700 HP at some point this week, so while my growth here is not as fast as I'd like, it is still progressing pretty well. I'm still assessing and working on multiple ways to achieve my year-end goal of 15,000 HP, and while there is still hope, I'm a bit concerned, as some may not pan out as well as I'd hoped. We shall see.

Over the past week I gained +56.837 HP, +2.769 HBD in Savings, and +0.03 Reputation points, which means that I still have 5,346.015 HP, 122.853 HBD in Savings, and 0.71 Reputation points to go to reach my year-end goals. I've got my work cut out for me, that's for sure, both with these, and with my layer-2 goals.

In terms of my HiveBuzz rankings, I inched up +1 place for HP, I dropped -10 places for HBD in Savings, and I jumped +13 places for Reputation, so quite a mixed bag this week indeed. It's ridiculous to me that I dropped 10 places for HBD in Savings, but that's the way the cookie crumbled this week. My rankings can certainly vary widely from week to week.

During the week I saw another opportunity to acquire more XV tokens at a reasonable price, and after calculating potential returns and profit, I decided to take it, so I swapped my last 114.351 PWR into 130.575 SWAP.HIVE, and then I used that to buy 43.5 more XV, this time at a price of 3 SWAP.HIVE per token. While the price was not great, it would likely still give reasonable returns. The only way for me to lose money on this investment is if HIVE outperforms the basket of 15 off-chain crypto assets, and the token value drops below 3 SWAP.HIVE. The project wraps up in 9 days, and I'm excited, because I'll very likely have a fair bit of SWAP.HIVE with which to play. I plan to use part of my returns (the total cost of my 2 XV purchases) to acquire enough PWR to regain my previous position in the SWAP.HIVE:PWR pool (and maybe a bit more), then to use the actual profit to regain my former positions in the SWAP.HIVE:CENT and SWAP.HIVE:MEME pools, and to establish a viable position in the SWAP.HIVE:SPS and SWAP.HIVE:DEC pools. I have 98.5 XV tokens in total now, and as long as the price per token stays above 3, I'll profit. All fingers and toes are crossed!
