If the government can just throw anyone who promotes something in jail it won’t end well. The reputation damage snd fines make sense. But jail time nah disagree. People need to take responsibility for own actions snd purchases. If they started their own scam thing it’s different. But paid to promote shouldn’t be sane or similar charges.
