Not personally, but as it becomes more widely known that silver is much more valuable than we have been led to believe, I expect to hear about one at some point.
I wouldn't know how to protect against this, who would do the testing?
I'd have to figure out how to test the part of the bar not checked, too.
I guess spread out the mints and hope that all of them weren't already doing it all along.
The metals always get debased at the end of the empire as the rich claw their way to staying in power.
