Don't believe all you read about the rich, but some may be preparing for a less habitable planet with bunkers in 'safer' areas. I'm in favour of taxing them more. They can afford it.

They'll simply hide their wealth better. Won't work.
I want to see taxes (income tax, in particular) go away. They were introduced as a way to fund WW1&2 and somehow people got fouled into paying them ever since.
