This month, I decided to diversify my strategy even further by adding three very different assets to my portfolio. This is part of my continuous learning process and my commitment to Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA).

Here are my latest moves:

🏠 1. Realty Income (O) - The Monthly Dividend Machine

Price: $62.69
Known as "The Monthly Dividend Company," Realty Income is a legend in the world of REITs. While many companies pay quarterly, O pays every single month. This is the perfect piece to start filling those gaps in my dividend calendar and move closer to my goal of consistent monthly cash flow.

🚀 2. GMTL (AMEX) - The FOMO Play

Price: $13.50
This is a more tactical move. Since it's recently hitting the market, I want to see if I can catch some of the "FOMO" (Fear Of Missing Out) that usually surrounds new listings. It’s a small, speculative position to learn how these types of price actions behave.

⚡ 3. Terawulf (WULF) - Bitcoin Mining & High-Performance Infrastructure

Price: $14.64
This is a long-term bet. Terawulf focuses on Bitcoin mining and high-performance data centers, but what really caught my eye is their focus on sustainability. They primarily use nuclear and hydroelectric energy. As the world moves toward massive AI data needs and crypto adoption, infrastructure using green energy will be king. I’m holding this one for the future.

Conocida como "The Monthly Dividend Company", Realty Income es una leyenda en el mundo de los REITs. Mientras muchas empresas pagan trimestralmente, O paga todos los meses. Es la pieza perfecta para empezar a llenar esos huecos en mi calendario de dividendos y acercarme a mi meta de flujo de caja mensual constante.

Este es un movimiento más táctico. Como está por salir o recién entrando al mercado, quiero ver si puedo capturar algo del "FOMO" (miedo a quedarse fuera) que suele rodear a los nuevos listados. Es una posición pequeña y especulativa para aprender cómo se comportan estos precios.

⚡ 3. Terawulf (WULF) - Minería de Bitcoin e Infraestructura de Alto Rendimiento

Precio: 14.64 USD
Esta es una apuesta a largo plazo. Terawulf se enfoca en la minería de Bitcoin y centros de datos de alto rendimiento, pero lo que realmente me llamó la atención es su enfoque en la sostenibilidad. Utilizan principalmente energía nuclear e hidroeléctrica. A medida que el mundo demanda más datos para IA y adopción de cripto, la infraestructura con energía verde será la clave. Esta me la guardo para el futuro.
