Some people in hot places say that they avoid using air conditioners (regardless of time of day), as it's hard for the body to adjust back to the hot temperatures as soon as they leave the air-conditioned room. 🤯🤓

That could be true. It's similar to staying warm all day and then going outside on a cold and breezy evening. The body usually takes time to adjust.
