I don't believe it will. That exists for HP, to prevent vote abuse.
When you undelegate Resource Credits from another Hive account, the Max RC becomes available on your account immediately. 🤓 However, the RC comes back as "spent", so you will need to wait for it to regenerate on your Hive account. 😏
