Tried the new Rafiki Vote

Hello hello Hive fam, it's @tengolotodo writing today for @mmonline. There have been some new features from the InLeo guys that have been rolled out recently and I want to take the time to use them before I review them.

I am actually writing this post using one of those new features and I will share my review later in the week.

Now if like us, you will have noticed some major unreliability to some other services on Hive that have caused downtime for users who want a reliable way to conduct autonomous curation. I use Hive Vote and have always found a PITA with signing it etc.

So when I heard about Rafiki Vote I was interested!

What the fluff is it?

Simply put Rafiki Vote is a curation automation app for Hive that allows you to fanbase other users or trail other curators amongst other things.

Now, let's be clear, I only automate my curation for users that I have interacted with and know their posts are upvote worthy. I don't do the curation trail as a general rule. So many of these users are only on there because they were in STEEM, and imho their posts are not exactly voteworthyto me and they don't engage, Therefore it is the fanbase function that I am utilising!

Set up is so easy ... once you have signed in with Hive Keychain you will see your page.. note mine has some activity as I have used this app.

Fanbase

I mentioned I shall primarily be using this for the Fanbase section ....

Here is ours at the moment ...

If you have not used this time of automation voting app, then Fanbase is where you add your favourite authors that you want to vote on automatically.

It is simple, just click that red button in the corner with Add Author

and up pops this wee window

These are the default values, so add your author name and edit any settings and then hit save and they will be added to your Fanbase.

Activity

I love this wee feature, it gives you a recap of your activity..

Do you see anything there with the votes for Intishar... well this is a great feature.

Rafiki Vote has robust reduplication

Rafiki Vote ensures that once your first vote is cast, it doesn't re-cast a vote (so you have no risk of losing Curation Rewards to duplicate votes if you follow two trails that vote the same content)

But I will mention one other feature that I like ...

Connecting Multiple Accounts

You can simple add multiple accounts.

So I added tengolotodo and this is what we see ...

and make it multiple by adding another one ...

It really it is simple and it works. I find it so much easier to use that Hive.Vote.

Are you using Rafiki Vote?

It really is simple to use and you can get help setting it up easily in threads or Leo discord server by talking to Rafiki. He doesn't bite lol!
