Hi, CPU at 0% is good, it means that you don't use your available CPU at all (CPU used 0 and 2.43ms available)
I think the issue if you can't play is the lack of RAM, 97% of yours is used, you should buy some.
But the info is probably in the error message you should receive when you try to play ?
