Naiv wie ich bin, bin ich davon ausgegangen, daß HBD ja sowieso erst in Hive umgewandelt werden muss um es handlebar zu machen?

Eben, die wenigsten handeln HBD direkt an einer Börse und schon gar nicht an einer, wo das EU-Recht greift. So eine gibt es gar nicht.
