I've been feeling below par.
Same old pains and symptoms, not much change in that department with a precautionary visit to the local Emergency department.
There has been some deterioration in my condition, my neurologist increased my medication 25%.
I have been booked with a gastroenterologist next month with more tests forthcoming. The wheels of progress slowly turn.

Sorry to hear that, it really sucks! Has the bump up of the meds made a difference with the Parkinson's? I hope the gastro doc can figure out what's going on and figure out someway to improve it for you. I know what it's like to have multiple issues all going on at once and it's miserable. Ever since I passed fifty I seem to have something new all of the time...
