I believe there are still a few services that will upvote your dust but I have only used dustsweeper. There are limits as they only have so much HP available and you pay for it. I don't really use it much though as I tend to forget to top it off most of the time.

It's still operational but I haven't really bothered with it too much. I do want to get my HP higher so I don't have to worry about the dust and I think the lower price of Hive is helping in that regards.
