You do get a free Listnerds for being a free member or at least I did. It shows 1 Locked Listnerds on my own account. Right now I am fine as a free member but I do plan on upgrading to the one where I can send a mail every 3 days eventually. I think that upgrade should pay itself back just in SOLO mails but I am not sure.

You don't have free solo emails on the premium membership, only on enterprise. But if you are thinking about buying solo emails with MAIL tokens, that can work out. I still believe business or enterprise are more cost effective at the benefits you get, but premium is better than free. It is still the matter of sustaining the upgrade cost for the first few months, and that's something many take into consideration.
Well, I was considering it more as free SOLO mail because each mail read is 25 mail tokens per reading and the mail already gets 1k people sent to. So I would think the upgrade cost itself would kind of cover itself.
