Eleventh LPUD of 2024
It's time for another [https://inleo.io/@leogrowth/lpud-november-announcement--9rv) and you can stake some LEO to get a chance at some nice LEO delegations. I didn't get any delegations last month but I hope that I will get one this month. I forgot that LPUD was today so I ended up having to make an extra post.
LEO Power UP Day
I participate in Hive Power Up Day each month and I am quite happy to see an LEO Power Up Day continue this month. At the start of the year, I made my 2024 yearly goals and that was to increase my LEO Power to 11k. In order to reach this, I need to stake on average 275 LEO a month and I prefer to stake all of it during LPUD back at the start of the year. Before the power-up today, I need 230 LEO per month to reach my goal.
The requirements for participating to get rewards are below. I am currently at 10,600 LEO staked so I qualify for this. Even if you don't qualify this time around, I think it's still a nice thing to participate in because there are some unofficial prizes. There is an announcement post this time here. Just make sure to use the #LPUD tag.
- Your total Leo Power (on the 15th) must be less than 25k.
- You must power up at least 50 Leo on November 15.
- You must not have powered down Leo in the last month
- Make a post Leo Finance about LPUD (A Thread or Short is not enough).
There is a separation between those who power up 50 and those who power up more than 150. To get on the entire list of rewards, you need to power up more than 150 but 50 is enough to get in on a few of the delegations. I am unsure if premium is still being offered as it was not mentioned in the post.
As a bonus, there is also an LPUD badge on Hivebuzz. I am glad that Hivebuzz is alive and running. It's nice to see the badge and I have yet to miss a month in the year so far.
LEO Power Up
I decided to power up 200 LEO this month because it is above what I need for this month. As it is now, I am only 400 LEO off so 200 LEO this month and next month is enough to hit my 11k LEO goal. So that is what I plan on powering up.
Conclusion
If you haven't done so, you might want to consider doing an LEO power-up and you can win an extra prize (LEO Power delegation). The LEO community is quite big, and I think staking more LEO is great for the entire network. The LEO power-up badge is also a nice plus to what we get from normally powering up to reach my goals.

I think they should also take into account those who provide liquidity to LEO pools.
I don't think they will include liquidity because that is a consistent asset, and I think they want people to earn/buy LEO instead. I think they should have some liquidity provider fees for doing so and you also get a portion of whatever was traded from the pool.
