Theoretically, this appears to be a highly effective strategy, but I am unsure how practical it will be.
I guess the reinvestment opportunities are not that often here.
What SL did you consider for this strategy?

It was a good opportunity to reinvestment and the XIRR was little better than normal but again at the end of 15 years you will have less units. I have not considered any SL, because I don't want to sell in loss...
What happens when it crashes?
