It is clear that the banks do not want to miss the train, but the fact that a bank is coming in does not make me very happy, since we already know that they tend to control everything.

Well, there are already several banks that have their own currency. And it is clear that if they do not get into this, they will be missing out on a good opportunity to make money. And they were the first to criticize BTC, saying that it was a fraud, and look where they no longer see a fraud, now it is a business.
