Yep, I didn't check the numbers. I thought the participation is higher. Frankly, I am a bit disappointed, but maybe some power up during the month as I was doing before starting on this habit. Still, the number must be pretty low. This means more for those doing it because they gain influence in the ecosystem...

We can't forget that the HIVE price went down recently and that the whole crypto market isn't in the "best shape"... I suppose that people keep their focus on other stuff and trying to "forget" about crypto in general... We know (and other experienced users) that NOW is the best moment to accumulate, but many others are doing that when FOMO kicks in...
What disappoints me in that feedback post from HivePUD is that I know almost ALL people from that 1K HIVE power-up list and I didn't notice some "big names" there... Just people like you and me, and other "small accounts"... I suppose that I expected to see some more "famous" people there...
I know at least a few who took the bitcoin route and will get back into HIVE and maybe other coins when the alt season starts. Strategically, maybe they are right and they'll advance their influence quicker this route. It is however a more risky one if your goal is to increase HP. Nobody can time the market well enough to be more profitable than someone who plays the long game.
