(edited)He made MANY mistakes in that DHF proposal. He admitted politics isn't his strong suit, but maybe he should have given someone else that proposal for a read before publishing. Someone who isn't under the same amount of pressure as he is and who can think clearly and point out the obvious mistakes.

Yeah. But what's done is done. I want it to pass, but with the missteps and Aggy fiasco, I don't think we'll be able to get it. 3M is a lot, and the other whales can just add more again if we get over it.
