Sounds to me that your wife is the boss in ur family? Hehe, it is suppose to be that way! Somewhat I am in the same sitatuon. If it was 100% up to me I would have rented an appartment and then buy two/three small units and rent them out and then keep on building😎

My terms was that it needed to be a rental unit in the house if we were to buy it, lol!
Great decision. Make more rent and buy splinterlands cards, and earn more rent from them. Infinite money!
