Yes he won the draw but you won the top List spot and got yourself one HSBI. Eitherway a winner by leading the list or draw will loose his tickets and start a new. It was always like this. Otherwise the list leader would earn a HSBI for each raffle this is not what i had in mind. Maybe i should state this clearer.
