EN-PT HivePowerUp Day 04-2026
Another month has passed and we still haven't seen our HIVE token return to the $0.20 USD levels. We remain in a downtrend, and for that reason I have some plans on hold. On the day of the big drop, October 11th, I made a purchase of 5K HIVE on the exchange using external funds. I’m waiting to decide what I’ll do next.
I have drastically reduced my publications on HIVE, and now I show up once a week. But in HivePower, in fact, my growth has been constant.
According to Hivestats, 359 Hive Power were added during the month, a quantity that is declining due to the drop in HIVE’s market value. In addition, there is the detail of curation rewards, where I reached 65 HP, which is very good considering that my record so far was 70 HP! This amount is much higher than the 13 HP from December 2024! This happened because I removed many delegations and am now using my own Hive Power to curate!

My APR for the month was 4.9%. Extremely low. My worst performance record.
1. What is Hive Power Up Day - HPUD
HIVE POWER UP DAY (HPUD) is a concept introduced by the HiveBuzz.me project.
On the first day of every month, we are invited to store some amount of Hive in the form of HivePower. By doing so, besides helping the sustainability of the community, you can also compete for prizes.
As you can see from the differences between the badges above, depending on how much Hive you store, the badge received becomes bigger. In October, for example, I stored 100 Hive, and the bee on the badge became very strong!
Today the project is offline, but nothing prevents it from returning, and in that case the badges will be updated.
2. Why participate
This section exists to explain to new Hive users the importance of staking. Yes, it is repeated in every post, every month. According to the project itself, here are some other great reasons to do your Power Up:
Strengthen your influence on the blockchain with stronger votes on content, proposals, and witnesses.
Earn more curation rewards. The more Hive Power you have, the more you can potentially earn back!
Earn “interest” by holding Hive Power. You will also earn HIVE passively at around 3% per year based on your current Hive Power, so the more HIVE you have, the more you can earn just by holding!
Win prizes! Finally, several amazing members offer prizes that include Hive Power delegations, Hive merchandise, and other cool rewards for Hive PUD participants.
If you make a long post, you will have a chance to win prizes provided by the project. Look for the official publications to follow the distributions: access the official project post
3. Hive Power Up Day - April 2026
In this event I powered up 10 Hive.
With this amount, I will earn the Hivebuzz level 1 badge!
4. HiveBuzz Project
This section is a (free) promotion for the HiveBuzz project, and it is repeated monthly.
The Hivebuzz project aims to track, count, and certify the achievements of blockchain users. Each registered user has a dashboard showing totals of achievements tracked by the project.
