EN-PT HivePowerUp Day 01-2026 + 2025 Yearly Author
We have completed another cycle in this month of December 2025!
December is over and HIVE did not rise to the 0.20 USD level. We remain in a downtrend and for this reason I have suspended plans. On the day of the big drop, October 11, I made a purchase of 5K HIVE on the exchange using external funds. I am waiting to decide what I will do. In HivePower, in fact, my growth has been constant.
In fact, I published at least one article for each of the 30 days of December. Beyond that, I published one post every single day of the year 2025, which earned me the Yearly Author badge! Check out the official delivery here.
According to Hivestats, 583 Hive Power were added during the month, an amount that is declining due to the falling value of HIVE in the market. In addition, we have the detail of curation rewards, where I reached 70 HP, which is my record so far! This amount is much higher than the 13 HP from December 2024! This happened because I removed many delegations and am using my own Hive Power to perform curation!
APR
My APR for the month was 6.9%. Extremely low. I still think this is a point that needs to be improved. I believe this value is low and I need to work better on my efficiency in this regard. I expected to improve in this aspect, but I see that I am not managing to move forward with this number.
1. What is Hive Power Up Day - HPUD
On the first day of every month, we are invited to save some amount of Hive in the form of HivePower. Those who do so, besides helping the sustainability of the community, can compete for prizes.
As you can see from the differences between the badges above, depending on how much Hive you save, the badge you receive is larger. In October, for example, I saved 100 Hive, and the bee on the badge became very strong!
2. Why participate
This section exists to explain to new Hive users the importance of staking. Yes, it is repeated in every post, every month. According to the project itself, here are some other great reasons to do your Power Up:
Strengthen your influence on the blockchain with stronger votes on content, proposals, and witnesses.
Earn more curation rewards. The more Hive Power you have, the more you can potentially earn back!
Earn “interest” by holding Hive Power. You will also earn HIVE passively at about 3% per year on what you currently have in Hive Power, so the more HIVE you have, the more you can earn just by holding!
Win prizes! Finally, several amazing members are offering prizes that include Hive Power delegations, Hive giveaways, and other cool things for Hive PUD participants.
If you make a long post, you will have chances to win prizes provided by the project. Look for the official publications to follow the deliveries: access the official project publication
3. Hive Power Up Day - January 2026
In this event I did a Power Up of 10 Hive.
With this amount, I will acquire the Hivebuzz level 1 badge!
4. HiveBuzz Project
This section is a (free) advertisement for the HiveBuzz project, and it is repeated monthly.
The Hivebuzz project aims to track, count, and certify the achievements of blockchain users. Each registered user has a board with totals of the achievements tracked by the project.

Dezembro acabou e a HIVE não subiu aos patamares de 0,20 USD. Permanecemos na baixa e por esse motivo tenho planos suspensos. No dia da grande queda, em 11 de outubro, eu fiz uma compra de 5K HIVE na corretora, com recursos externos. Estou esperando para decidir o que farei. Em HivePower, na verdade meu crescimento tem sido constante.

Meu APR do mês foi de 6,9%. Extremamente baixo. Continuo achando que isso é um ponto que precisa ser melhorado. Penso que esse valor esta baixo e preciso trabalhar melhor minha eficiência neste quesito. Eu tinha expectativa de melhorar neste quesito porém vejo que não estou conseguindo avançar neste número.
